Hi, I’m Missy FitzGerald.

E-RYT 500, M.S.Ed., M.S. in Sports Science, YACEP

I’m a Mindfulness & Resilience Coach, Educator, and Consultant helping people navigate real-life stress with practical, accessible tools—mindfulness, yoga, breathwork, and meditation.

With over 30 years of experience in education and coaching, including my background as a Division I athlete and longtime varsity coach, my work has evolved from supporting performance under pressure to helping individuals build resilience, manage stress, and show up more fully in their everyday lives.

I lead a Pre-K–12 mindfulness, yoga, and stress management program in the Solon City School District and have trained nearly 250 educators through mindfulness-based professional development with Ashland University.

My work also includes:
• Teaching weekly yoga classes and co-facilitating Cleveland Yoga’s 200 and 300 hour teacher training programs
• Serving as teacher lead at Cleveland Yoga, overseeing programming and educator development
• Providing stress management education through University Hospitals
• Offering private coaching for individuals seeking personalized support

No matter who I’m working with, my focus is the same: REAL TOOLS. REAL IMPACT. REAL LIFE.

I believe resilience isn’t something you’re born with—it’s something you build, practice, and return to again and again.
