Teaching Schedule at Cleveland Yoga‍ ‍ Slow Flow Wednesdays 5:30-6:30 pm

Slow Flow is slower paced class designed to give you the tools to modify and adapt the practice to your body. Modifications are introduced and breath is the focus.
It's perfect for releasing tension in the back, neck, shoulders, and legs. This therapeutic yet invigorating class is suitable for anyone looking to move their body with ease and awareness. ALL LEVELS. Beginners Welcome!

Class is taught in a naturally heated room. The temperature will vary with the seasons and sun exposure but the room fluctuates around 80. 

Hot Power Vinyasa Saturdays 8:00-9:00 am

The signature Flow is an ALL LEVELS practice of breath and movement taught in a heated room. Expect to SWEAT and be challenged both physically and mentally. This practice is designed to meet you where you are at so you can DISCOVER whether you are modifying or leveling up the practice. You will TRANSFORM your limiting thoughts into new possibilities that will awaken your spirit and leave you rinsed and renewed. New yogis welcome! ALL LEVELS.
