Teaching Schedule at Cleveland Yoga Slow Flow Wednesdays 5:30-6:30 pm
Slow Flow is a slower paced class designed to give you the tools to modify and adapt the practice to your body. Variations, props and hands on assists are offered to support your practice while breath is the focus.
It's perfect for releasing tension in the back, neck, shoulders, and legs. This therapeutic yet invigorating class is suitable for anyone looking to move their body with ease and awareness.
Class is taught in a naturally heated and candlelit room with the temperature fluctuating between 76-80 degrees. The flow studio is perfect for those who prefer a smaller, more intimate class with space for individual guidance.

Hot Power Vinyasa Saturdays 8:00-9:00 am
Hot Power Vinyasa is an all-levels practice with upbeat music that weaves breath and movement in our larger, heated studio. Expect to sweat and be challenged both physically and mentally. Variations and hands-on assists are offered throughout, allowing you to level the practice up or down based on your needs. This practice meets you where you are, creating space to challenge both body and mind while staying grounded in your breath—leaving you feeling strong, clear, and refreshed.
